I'm here to help you manifest the life you desire and very much deserve. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, EMDR Trained, Addictions Counselor and Certified Somatic Yoga Instructor. Utilizing my empowerment based approach to healing by taking traditional therapeutic techniques and combining them with EMDR (a powerful and well researched trauma therapy) the 8 limbs of yogic lifestyle philosophy, mindfulness, breath awareness, energy medicine, meditation and so much more. I believe that by learning to care for your mind, body and spirit you can overcome any obstacles that are standing in the way of your true happiness.
